Good experience with DR Wang appears to be well experienced with professional knowledge

Dr. Wang was very concerned about all of my issues and he made a procedure that is usually very uncomfortable to be quite tolerable. My wife and I appreciated his concerns for my comfort & anxiety.

I have had bad experiences with ENT's before. As a result, I did not want to ever see another one. However, it became necessary. My "problem" that prompted me to make the appointment Is a minor one as medical Issues go. But It Is very Important to me and to my general happiness. I chose Dr. Wang after reviewing his education, medical background, and watching his video. I was not disappointed. This doctor, who had obvious expertise In his field, took time to talk to me about my Issue. He treated It as something of Importance, unlike other ENT's I had seen. I have already recommended him to another person.

2012. Had visited this Dr previously in 2010/2011. Showed up 20-30 plus minutes early for paperwork. Had 4 small children with me, including an infant less than 3 mo old (stressful); so, keeping the busy and playing quietly was a task. The receptionist took our completed paperwork about 10 minutes before our appointment during which 3 or 4 other patients arrived…. She checked them in and then proceeded to do our paperwork when another couple of patients came in, she stopped our paperwork to check them in and returned to our chart. No big deal right, except that EVERYONE she checked in before us - who had appointments scheduled after us - was seen before us. That was policy they said - see people based off of when they get checked in and since we couldn’t be checked in until after she completed our paperwork, all others were seen first. I discussed this with Dr Wang who said staff procedures were not his business. Never went back. Don’t have that kind of time to waste & not be valued

Dr. Wang and his staff are professional, thorough, efficient and courteous. Treatment for chronic allergies is working well.

Visited Dr. Wang twice virtually (during COVID-19). I could tell from the reviews here that Dr. Wang is objectively and on a technical level a good doctor. However, I think there is a lot of work he could improve on with giving his patients attention and respecting their time. Virtual appointments cost just as much as in-person appointments, yet Dr. Wang made me wait over an hour to get started with the appointment only to talk to me for 10 minutes. When I was describing my symptoms to Dr. Wang, he interrupted me and suggested a prescription to end our appointment, as if he was suggesting I was not being concise enough with my descriptions. He sounded like he was trying to hang up as soon as he could throughout our entire call. There seems to be a lack of attention and thoughtfulness overall, hope this is somewhere Dr. Wang could improve on in the future.

Impressed with the amount of time Dr. Wang spent with me, listening to me, observing/considering the functional living aspects of my breathing issues. He is a very approachable doctor and answered questions in an understanding manner.
