I absolutely love Dr. Briani Jackson. She covers all the bases. I truly am in awe of how awesome she is. She makes me feel so comfortable. She's a doctor that listens, observes, explains, etc. It's so wonderful to have a doctor that gives their best. I honestly feel so fortunate and blessed she's my doctor!!!

Very bad experience with Dr. Briani Jackson. I have a life threatening illness and in my opinion she treated me very poorly. She basically told me that she was too busy to see me again even though I only wanted a follow up appointment in about 2 months. She is so busy and BOOKED. "It is what is is" I was told. Very uncaring, unprofessional and rushed. Her reception staff is even worse. Very cold and unhelpful in my opinion. Sad to say but they appear uncooperative and even hostile. It is hard to believe that this is going on there and how they treat their patients. I am writing this review in an attempt to warn others so that they will not expose themselves to similar situations. There are a lot of good doctors out there. Unfortunately, based upon my personal experience, I must TRUTHFULLY conclude that she is not one of them. I honestly feel sorry for any of her patients or any one that has to go to that practice or clinic at Unity Family Medicine at Country Village on 1100 Long Pond Rd. Please consider getting a good Primary Care Physician that will treat you with dignity and respect. As I felt that I was not treated that way by her or her staff. Patients have the right to be well treated and should be absolutely comfortable in changing Drs./ PCPs if they are treated poorly and should advise others so that they are aware.

Waiting time is too long. Each time . Dr. Briyani makes me wait more than 45 minuets each doctors visit .other doctors there accepting no patients right now . Otherwise I would like to change my doctor.

Dr Jackson is a young know it all doc that does not consider her patients concerns about their own health. She tries to influence personal decisions like when to stop breastfeeding instead of finding choices that work for everyone and she lies. She tells the patient one thing and her staff something else. I wish I never switched to her. Biggest mistake I ever made.

I am very pleased with the service at this location. I am almost always able to get a soon appointment, and Dr. Jackson is very knowledgeable. Having severe asthma, I am in a little bit more than the average person and I trust this office that I will be taken care of.

This woman should not be practicing medicine. After just one visit, both my husband and I are transferring our care elsewhere. Twice the office messed up dosages on my husband's heart medication, then made up an excuse about not having the corrected doseage.She prescribed this by the way. She has a terrible bedside manner and questions diagnoses made by other doctors, as if she doesn't believe test results. Her attitude is demeaning. She clearly feels superior and portrays arrogance. Stay away!

Down plays serious conditions to avoid treating sever pain. Can't keep track of conditions, ailments, or messages. Often passes off issues to specialists that she could treat herself and has sent me to specialist who don't specialize in my conditions. For instance she sent me to pain management for the spine when I needed one for abdominal adhesions. Can be patronizing
