My wife and I were searching for a new Doctor and we found Dr. Bagwell. She spent considerable time with each of us at our initial appointment and was very thorough in learning and understanding our health conditions. We found our Doctor.

My husband and I recently moved here from out of state and we were both very pleased to have found a wonderful family doctor in Salem. She listened to all our concerns and was very knowledgeable in giving good medical advice and referrals to specialists where needed. The office staff was friendly and the wait time was short. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bagwell.

Wanted a female physician and wanted to stay in Salem, I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Bagwell. She is efficient yet attentive and appears to be understanding of my problems. I have young children and she seems to relate to any situations that I deal with, I am planning on moving their care to her as well. Very knowledgeable.

Snooty, self absorbed, did not listen at all, very pre-occupied or aloof. Shame I still had to pay for visit.

My husband and I both went in for wellness visits and made sure to tell them over three times we were getting wellness checks done because our insurance covers them 100%. From the beginning they messed up our billing and sent me and my husband bills for service as if we didn't have insurance, Now they are refusing to change the billing to a wellness visit & laband we have over $500 between us both for office visits and lab work! This place is a joke save your time and hassle and do not go here!

Terrible. The worse care I have ever been given. I cannot say one good thing about the treatment from this dr. My lab results confirm that I am b12 deficient. I explained that I have pre -existing condition. Instead I was set up with folow up appt 1 month out. Being that I was just in ER, I don't believe the treatment was adequate. Her answer was anti-depressants. I needed a vitamin shot. Then it was utter he'll to get lab results forwarded to competent physician. Bad medicine here.
