I was a patient of Dr. Berich for multiple years and while I understand that as a patient I must advocate for myself, what Dr. Berich does to her patient's should be enough to have her barred from practicing medicine. Her exact words to me when I begged for years for help with painful period symptoms were that she could perform an operation to see if there was a problem, but 'I won't find anything.' I realize I should have left and I take responsibility for not being my own advocate, but the way she belittled my symptoms and pushed me off was horrific for a provider to do to a patient. I was so terrified that they'd 'find nothing' in a laparoscopy it took me another 10 years until I finally had one with an endometriosis specialist. By that point my pelvis was frozen (with extensive disease) and I lost an ovary, my uterus, my fallopian tubes and cervix, and my appendix. I am gearing up for yet another surgery to address the years of being pushed off by this incompetent provider.

Dr. Berich made me feel heard and feel I was in expert hands. She helped me with a matter I had been living with for sometime - and, indeed, her recommendation for a type of medicine worked for me. I am happy to have found her.

Great rapport with Dr. Berich! I felt she really understood my situation and cared if my problems are resolved. Have seen other gyn providers in the area who totally missed the dx or didn't care to address it. She spent a lot of time with me and wasn't trying to get out the door as quickly as possible.
