Excellent Dr.
I found Dr. Brady while searching for a thyroid surgeon on-line. I had just been diagnosed with thyroid cancer with metastasis to multiple lymph nodes. I was told by a surgeon in Lubbock that this was going to require two surgeons. When I saw Dr. Brady she was so kind and provided me with some positivity that I needed. She set up a two surgeon surgery within 2 months of my appointment. My surgery did indeed turn out to be complicated and took double the time they believed it would. The cancer had spread to my trachea. She did her best to get all that she could. She personally called to check on me after discharge, gave me her personal phone number, and referred me to an excellent endocrinologist at MD Anderson. That was eight years ago. I am still alive and living with stage 4 cancer. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Brady and her excellent care. She is vey personable and a At physician.

Dr. Brady is highly recommended.
I was referred to Dr. Brady by my nurse practitioner. Dr. Brady was knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough with her assessment of my thyroid nodules. She personally called me with the results of the nodule biopsies. Since the results were benign, Dr. Brady recommended Radiofrequency Ablation of the nodules. The procedure was noninvasive with minimal discomfort. My recovery was easy and I was able to resume normal activities that same day. Dr. Brady's staff were polite, helpful, and efficient. I strongly recommend Dr. Bridget Brady.

Absolutely incompetent billing department
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I have been dealing with this provider and her billing department for seven months. They incorrectly billed my insurance using the wrong EIN number because they are incompetent. My insurance company can see that I never owed, nor do I currently owe them any money. I have had conference calls with them and my insurance to resolve this. They have told me to ignore the invoices but they can't stop them and they won't go to collections. My insurance as of today cannot see any amount that I have ever owed, yet I received a call from a debt collector. I was told by her office during the first call that they have dozens of invoices with the same issue that they're trying to resolve. This call was in January!Think about the lack of attention to detail this SURGEON must have if she can't even make sure her billing is accurate. I have contacted the Texas Health ombudsman's office and can assume that they will help them with their administrative issues.

Excellent Practitioner
Dr Brady is an excellent practitioner; she had a good bedside manner in the office and prior to my surgery. She listened and answered all questions we had and as a retired nurse, this was extremely important to me. The parathyroid surgery went well and the scar is almost non-existent. The office staff is courteous, helpful and informative. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience.

Nice doctor but ridiculous charges
I’ve seen Dr. Brady multiple times and she’s very nice and efficient. After my latest visit, I will not be back. The amount charged for a visit is excessive and if she calls you with results after a biopsy, it’s charged as a separate telemedicine appointment- even if it was not a scheduled time and the call lasts under a minute.

Highly recommend Dr Bridget Brady
Doctor Bridget Brady is by far one of the most professional, caring, gentle and compassionate doctors I’ve ever seen. I had an huge lump on my throat and had feared the worst but all along the way she kept me calm and had a positive outlook. Even the biopsy was easy and I hate needles! If you are looking for an endocrine surgeon with experience and accolades, look no further. Thank you Dr Brady for all you have done. I will continue to refer my friends and family to you and I look forward to seeing you at my next checkup!

Worst Surgeon
Do not trust this women. She knows enough to get by, but as a medical professional myself, you can clearly tell her lack of education and bed side manner. She didn’t inform me of what the procedure entailed, she never answered my questions prior to the procedure and she started the procedure without my consent! After the procedure I had a bad reaction and she sat me in the waiting room to recover, she handed me a brownie that had gluten in it, after her just telling me to start a gluten free diet. I never saw her again and I sat there trying to recover in the waiting area for 2 hours. That night I ended up in the hospital bc of her lack of post op care. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are doctors out there that actually care about there patients d don’t look at them solely as a money maker.

Dr. Brady performed my surgery, and I am feeling like a new person! Her preop instructions prepared me for exactly what to expect, and her post op follow up care was excellent. As a Registered Nurse, I was very impressed and highly recommend Dr. Brady.

Dr Brady removed a large benign thyroid nodule without complication. It’s been 3 weeks and the scar is difficult to see. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my outcome and would highly recommend her to all.

My father was advised to have surgery to remove a hyperactive parathyroid nodule. We chose Dr. Brady for her impeccable experience with the procedure. Also, my father felt very confident of her expertise after his initial consultation. He raved about how well she explained the procedure and recovery process. The surgery went smoothly and he recovered quickly, missing very little work time. And the surgical scar... what surgical scar? Thank you Dr. Brady, for your excellent work and dedication!

Dr. Brady is an excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner. Her caring and thoughtful discussions with me both pre and post surgery made me feel that everything would turn out well. She took the time to review options and figure out what would be the best course of action. I trusted her (and I trust her) completely.

Dr. Brady is the best doctor I have ever seen. I went to her as a second opinion and wish I had known about her sooner so she could have been the only doctor I saw for my thyroid issues. She is absolutely amazing, I would recommend her to everyone.
