Dr. Bertsch is very nice and caring
She treated my 6 yr old son when he ended up having the flu here recently. But prior to that visit I have seen her multiple times through out the years when his regular pediatrician at the same facility has no more appointments available. If he needs to be seen asap. I would recommend Dr. Bertsch for pediatric care.

office staff is really rude and can never see my little boys when they are sick when i made the comment to britney about how every time i call they say shes on vacation or has no appts she told me that was un true she was not on vacation and next time to ask to speak with her directly but i love britney as a doctor she is amazing with my kids

Dr Bertsch has been very good with all of our children. It's nice to know we can always walk in as needed to the clinic.

Only good for well baby, can never see sick baby when needed and office staff extremely rude.

We have been taking my son here since he was 4 months old and he’s 18 months old. She is super nice and helpful. Always takes time and explains things to us. Great with kids.
