She always takes the time to answer any questions I have and breaks it down into terms I get. I recommended her to both my father and father in law for their pain too and they had a great experience. Would definitely see again.

Doctor Tsui was clearly passionate about helping my father. She was there to answer questions for me when I needed it and seemed to genuinely care that my father not only got better but that I was informed every step of the way. I'd highly recommend her to anyone seeing rehabilitation.

Dr. Tsui was really helpful in explaining my grandma's rehab treatment plan after she had a stroke. It was an incredibly stressful time for us, but she was very knowledgable and took the time to answer all our questions. She was very professional and kind.

Dr. Tsui either has shockingly inadequate communication skills or was having a really bad day the afternoon I encountered her. Or maybe she just doesn't care about clinical work. She barely introduced herself, answered questions about the procedure she was to perform with monosyllables or not at all, and was careless and physically rough in her interactions with the patient (my family member). I am stunned that UNCH Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation has a resident with such deficiencies.
