I had to change my son’s primary care physician due to insurance changes. It was a difficult decision because he’d had the same pediatrician from birth. We were delighted with our appt with Dr. Pena! She was very positive and respectful to my son and myself. The office staff are also very helpful and kind! I’m delighted and so is my 12.5 year old son!

lacks compassion, has rude attitude, and condescending manner. Uninterested in addressing parent with any intelligence but gives quick responses that are not backed up by thorough explanations. Makes snap decisions, assumptions and judgements that are based on how she "feels". Listens to the exam room nurses- some of which are extremely biased toward the parent rather than discussing any concerns with the parent themselves.
