Professional, courteous and kind
My doctor retired and I was looking for a new doctor. At my first appointment with Dr. Weinhuas, she went over my health history and listened to my concerns, took accurate notes and input them into the system. I have had several follow up appointments and find Dr. Weinhaus to be a professional, courteous and kind doctor who genuinely cares about my health.

Knowledgeable and polite
Dr. Weinhaus spends a lot of time talking to patients and explaining things. Diagnoses on patient portals can be incorrect as a result of incorrect medical code put in by the medical coder. I believe Dr. Weinhaus' care is within standard to how doctors are trained.

Warm, Caring & Genuine
She explains conditions well and in detail. She makes sure all my questions are answered and my concerns addressed. I never feel she is rushing to get me out the door. I feel very comfortable with her handling my health care needs.

Dr. Weinhaus and staff were wonderful and put me at ease. I am terrified of everything to do with medical but they made me feel comfortable and helped me through it. I did not have to wait very long and all procedures were done in my own private room. I don't think I will be so afraid when I have to go back again knowing there are such nice people there.

I was treated like an inconvenience and was spoken to very harshly. When I asked her to explain more about side effects of medications I would be prescribed and what I should expect, I was brushed off and was given no info at all. On top of all of that, she left the appointment room with the door open but did not let me know that I could leave. I sat for 10 minutes, not knowing what to do until I stopped someone to ask what was going on. After looking at the notes she took from my visit, it was very very clear that she did not listen to anything that I said and consistently blamed all of my health issues on mental health problems. Just because a patient has depression and anxiety, doesn’t mean that ALL of their problems are solely due to that. I will never ever visit this doctor again. I left my appointment in tears and no one deserves to be treated the way that I was.
