She was so rude.

First visit, entered room without a greeting or introduction. Didn’t ask me health questions. Second visit she classified as a Annual Wellness exam. She only listened to my heart and lungs. That was all. No check for strength in extremities. No foot exam knowing I’m a diabetic. If your health is poor, DON’T go to this doctor!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Clark for about two years with no problems. However on Dec 20,2022 I got very sick. Called her office, explained my symptoms and receptionist said she would have nurse call me. Five hours later she called back, explained again my symptoms. She said sounds like you have the flu but you’ve had the flu shot so it should be mild. Just take cold meds. On Friday 12/23/22 around 10:00 i was much worse, called Dr. Clark’s office again, told them I was very sick and needed to see doctor. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. on 12/24/22 I went to urgent care and was taken by ambulance to hospital with severe Bronchitis. The doctor who saw me in the hospital told me she called Dr. Clark’s office and informed them I had been admitted to hospital. On Dec.27 I personally called her office from my hospital bed and told them I was in the hospital. To this day 2/8/2023 NO ONE FROM HER OFFICE HAS CALLED ME! That is ridiculous! Dr Clark apparently doesn’t care about her patients.

Had been at this office for about 2 years with no issues , however, last two visits were the end of it, which is sad because they have a great location and great nurse practitioner. First incident, needed an emergency appointment/consult and receptionists just keep putting on hold and hanging up every time i called, took about a week to be able to see them, thankfully one of my specialist was able to see me an put me in general antibiotics in the meantime. Second incident, was for an annual checkup, in my prior annual i had been given order for bloodwork to be done at a given date (which i followed and send results). After waiting almost 1hr I was informed that said bloodwork was not recent enough and the Dr. refused to see me. I had called 2 days prior to confirm the appointment, they could have informed me then of the issue, even when the bloodwork was done at the date the same Dr. had prescribed. Both instances showed no regards for patient wellbeing and time.

New patients visit and I need medical clearance for an upcoming surgery. Dr. Clark was very accommodating, made sure to concentrate on obtaining what was needed for the medical clearance and the office staff was welcoming and friendly! It was a great expericence.

Dr. Clark spent more time checking her cell phone than she did talking to me. Yes, while she was in the patient room with me, she had her phone out checking messages. She rushed me in and out of the building. Her first words to me were "Why are you here?" in a very snappy tone. The best thing I can say about the entire experience was that she ordered bloodwork and renewed my prescriptions. However, I got my bloodwork back from LabCorp a full two weeks before she called me to tell me that it showed I might have a UTI. Umm, yeah, thanks, I've already had to go to Urgent Care twice thanks to your slowness. In fact, her office billed me before they called me with my test results. Billed *ME* instead of my insurance. I've already moved providers, and there's no way I'm coming back. Unprofessional, uncaring, and all-around terrible.

If you’re looking for a friendly and efficient GP practice, this is the place! Highly recommend!

Just no fault of the doctor or her staff there location for her offices terrible there is absolutely no signage telling you how to get to this office it's way back in the back of the back of the back of this plaza and There's no sign as to where the entrance is it's a very small parking lot I was lost for 40 minutes driving through the complex looking for this and there is a matching building number on the west side and most people go there because it's all this and you can see it again there's absolutely no sign in just how to get to her office which again is not their fault! It's the place of this fault! A lady at the drug store was kind enough to help me she seem to be the only 1 that knows where it's at and I asked 3 other people and we called the hospital tdidn't Know

Today was my first visit with Dr. Clark and I am SOOOOO glad I changed PCP. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile. It’s so nice to see staff smiling, and happy and nice to their patients v/s treating you just like another name on a piece of paper. The Nurse went over all my medications and was very nice. Dr. Clark is so personable, thorough, and professional, and I can already tell really cares about me… the patient. Excellent job from start to finish ladies….. thank you all for everything you do!

I have searched for several years for a primary care physician, each time none of the physicians met my expectations. I usually felt rushed, unheard, or like just another co-pay. Each visit seemed like the main focus was lost, the actual patient. My visit with Dr. Clark today was nothing like that. Dr. Clark was pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive. She was able to explain things to me in a way that I could easily understand. I feel very comfortable in her care and I look forward to my next visit.

My visit at Dr. Brittney Clark’s office was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and patient. I didn’t have to sit and wait for a long time to see the doctor. Dr. Clark was very attentive and thorough. She answered all of my questions. I was a new patient with her, she advised me that she would request my lab results from Quest and call me with a follow-up. She called me the same day. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

I was feeling extremely overwhelmed by some issues about a month ago. Dr. Clark’s office fit me in last minute. She spent a lot of time talking with me even though I know she had a lot of patients to see. Her compassion was extraordinary. I can’t say enough good things about how that visit impacted me positively. Her genuine concern for my well being was evident and I will always be grateful to her for that.

Dr. Clark is great! She focuses on my concerns and addresses them in a caring and genuine manner, and I have not felt rushed during any visit. I have had such positive experiences with Dr. Clark that my parents are now her patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Clark has been one of the best primary care providers I’ve ever had. She takes the time to talk with me about my concerns so that she can address them before she ever mentions what her concerns with my health are. She also holds me accountable when I’m not doing my part to address or correct something for the betterment of my own health. I’d highly recommend Dr. Clark to anyone looking for a PCP in the Tallahassee area!

Great experience - talks to you. My wife and I are now patients of Dr. Clark. We are able to schedule appointments together thus saving trips. We are both pleased and especially like the new office off Mahan.

I found Dr. Clark to be very abrupt and unable/unwilling to listen. During my visit she made judgmental comments and formulated opinions without even questioning or listening to past medical history. This is very concerning considering I was a new patient. There are numerous negative ratings of her online and I wish I had listened to them. My trust in her is completely destroyed and I do not trust my care to her. Your experience may be different but mine has been similar to what others have said. Fortunately I have found another provider. Care at Capital Regional Medical Group has certainly gone down hill with a constant parade of new doctors.
