Completely inaccurate diagnosis.
Took my wife to the ER on a Saturday night with high fever. She had an esophogectomy 3 weeks earlier. Dr. Clark said the X-Ray didn't show anything wrong nor did the bloodwork. He said she probably contracted some kind of virus. Prescribed antibiotics and sent home. Symptoms didn't get any better. Finally went to family doctor. He said the x-ray and lab results showed pneumonia. Another x-ray was taken at our family doctor and it had gotten worse. Stronger antibiotics were prescribed by family doctor plus an inhaler. Follow up next week. Possibly have to see a lung specialist.
