Dr. Brooke Pengel, MD

My son has a sports injury that Dr. Pengel is helping him with. Within two days we had our Dr. visit, MRI and diagnosis. Critical as he was leaving for college. The care he is receiving is beyond expectations and we are grateful to Dr. Pengel and her excellent team. Thank you!

Dr. Pengel is the absolute best! The first time I met her was when she caught a second brake in my daughters arm that was missed by the ER and Children’s!! No one could explain why her pain was so severe, even misdiagnosing her with a rare pain condition. One appointment with Brooke and she easily saw the problem. She’s also great to work with! Helps de-stress the environment and just awesome with kids. Recently took my son to her after he was still having arm pain after a fall and the ER told us it wasn’t broken. This office took different x-rays and sure enough there was a clear break. Needless to say, I trust Brooke and I will never take my kids anywhere else.

We have visited Dr. Pengel for two of our kiddos (two broken arm injuries), and although these were unfortunate circumstances, Dr. Pengel made both experiences positive, reassuring and as loving as possible. Both my girls felt safe and well taken care of; and, I felt they were getting expert care. Dr. Pengel was thorough yet efficient. And both injuries have healed magnificently under her care. Thank you Dr. Pengel!

Dr. Pengel was helpful, on time, and listened carefully to both me and my daughter concerning her leg. She did not rush us and was very thorough in her exam!

Fortunately, and unfortunately, our family has been to Dr. Pengel's office multiple times. With four competitive athletes, our family has seen our share of injuries; hips, knees, ankles, broken bones, etc. With every visit, Dr. Pengel never disappoints. She is patient, gentle and fully present. She immediately builds a rapport with her patients, explaining the injury and her recommended course of treatment. She spends as much time as needed during each visit. She is gentle, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. I wouldn't see anyone else in the Denver area. Thank you, Dr. Pengel for your 5-star care!

Dr. Pengel has been seeing my kids for years. She is so thorough and takes the time to explain her diagnosis as well as the path for recovery. She truly understands kids' bodies, how they heal and how best to get my kiddos back out on the fields and courts doing what they love most.

Dr. Pengel is one of the best doctors that I've personally ever been to. Her office was on-time, with minimal wait-time. My son was seen the day that we called for an appointment. She was extremely good at explaining my son's fracture, and discussing the time line involved to getting him back on the ice to play hockey. She provided options to getting him started with less contact, as well as using a brace to help him get back to it as quickly and safely as possible. Her experience with other hockey players allowed her to offer practical insight into the timeline for healing. Overall, super experience.
