The worker is that the front office of this clinic is not very professional. When my husband came for the medical examination and brought all of his required documents, the receptionist said that the document stated that he was positive and cancelled his appointment for a medical examination (that can only be done one day of the week) and told him he had to get more test done (which is only required if the original test came back positive). His staff member responsible for scheduling appointments for immigration medical exam is very rude. I was trying to make an appointment and she treated me very badly. I would not recommend Dr. Bruce's clinic.

I have been seeing Dr. Brouillette for 12 years and my family even longer. Never had anything but a great experience! Easy to get appointments and most of the time it can be same day if you call early enough. Much shorter wait time than most (15 minutes is the longest I've waited) Definitely recommend for anyone looking great family doctor.
