Walked out in middle appmt
He walked out while my daughter was asking ?s. Very rude. We werent in there 5 min til he walked out. We were not late to our appmt. We at checkout, he walks by in jeans, tshirt, obv had somewhere to be. Just plain rude to do that to a patient. Nurse told us someone would call schedule injection, nope, they just scheduled it bc I got text. then 7 more text all way til 1 am. saying need to cancel it followed by that was sent in error. Their patient portal does not even work. Horrible expeience. Wish I could report differently. Will not be back there.

Once again, another high-mark review!
I trust his work beyond compare. He treated Herniated discs at L-4, L-5-S1. I asked him 'why the shots keep working for me', and his answer was concisely humble, a real gentleman. One might spend quite awhile looking for a solid doctor of his speciality, but once you've found Doctor Fry, you'll look no more! His staff is outstanding, give them all a raise, Doctor Fry!

injections done by Dr. Fry
Dr. Fry did injections in my back, and all went well until he found a bone spur that was too large for him to get around. Near the end of the injections I had a sharp pain and I cried out, which seemed to aggravate Dr. Fry who asked me why I cried out. I told him I wasn't sure but since he was doing injections it must have been due to that. It is important to note that Dr. Fry did everything possible to make sure these injections took are care of my upper leg pain. I am forever grateful to his continued care. Sandra Cleveland

Fixed my lower back pain
I’m so happy after years of lower back pain and lots of pt, chiropractors, and even spine doctors, Dr Frye all but eliminated my pain with minimal invasive technique. Thank you Dr. Frye.

I have been having lower back pain on and off for years and it really flared last summer after planting some trees. After exam and diagnostic scans Dr. Fry said my lumbar pain was likely originating at the facet joints with spondylosis and isthmic spondylolisthesis at L5-S1. I have actually known about that since I was in high school by the facet joint issue was a new diagnosis. Dr. Fry did two diagnostic medial branch nerve blocks at L3, L4, and L5 and determined that nerve ablation with continued therapy was the best option for me. We were able to schedule both the MBRFA procedures for right and left side in December and I am happy to say they were both extremely successful and I am now 99% pain free thanks to Dr. Fry's expertise and caring as well as that of his staff.

Dr. Fry performed the Radiofrequency Ablation on my lower back. I had Fusion surgery 10 years ago and was suffering from nerve pain. Dr. Fry and his team did an outstanding job! My pain level before the procedure was affecting my sleep, and my activities during the day. Before the procedure my pain was intense constantly. After the procedure I felt like a new man, I am able to sleep thru the night, exercise, go for walks with my wife and enjoy time with our dogs. I highly recommend Dr. Fry for your Physical Medicine needs.

My dad had been experiencing horrible back pain for months. After scans and tests, Dr. Fry recommended he see a chiropractor to help with the pain. Not long after, my dad cracked his ribs playing golf and a CT ordered by a different doctor determined he had tumors all throughout his spine and that a spine collapse was imminent. Dr. Fry did not notice the lesions and tumors all over his bones, which we quickly learned was Multiple Myeloma. My dad had to have a major spine surgery (by a different surgeon) to place a cage and rods around his deteriorated spine. We were very disappointed with Dr. Fry.

After experiencing lower back pain for over a year, Dr. Fry performed the RF procedure which completely eliminated all back pain. Dr. Fry was very professional before, during, and after care. During the procedure, the staff was excellent at explaining the process.

Had a back injury as a child, exacerbated by an Army career jumping out of airplanes. Tried everything; years of chiropractic, cortisone injections, you name it. Dr. Fry's procedure about annually for almost 10 years now keeps me upright and pain-free. I can ride horses, scuba dive, and go to the gym. He's best in class, and the only solution I've found in 40 years of struggling with an issue that surgery can't correct.

I had 2 appointments with Dr. Bruce Fry this week. Both times I was very impressed with the efficiency of the staff and Dr. Fry. I went to two of their locations and both were excellent. Dr. Fry gave me an injection on my 2nd visit and the procedure went smoothly and was finished quickly. I would recommend Dr. Fry to anyone!!

I have been seeing Dr. Fry and his PA, Jennifer Vaught for over 18 months. I have been dealing with recurrent back pain and want to do all that I can to avoid surgery. Dr. Fry and Jennifer have been fantastic to work with, taking the time to fully understand my symptoms to determine the best treatment options. I could not recommend them more highly to anyone looking for symptom relief without surgery.
