Had self-referred to Dr. Gewertz becasue I was told that Cedar Sinai was best vascular surgery hospital in Los Angeles area, and he was then listed as Chief of Vascular Surgery. He is also the Surgeon-in-Chief, Chair of the Department of Surgery. He subsequently was part of a three man surgical team that performed low risk endovascular surgery. His expertise and outstanding bedside manner motivated me to do AAA repair now rather than just monitor the aneurysm. Great result. Highly recommend him.
