First class internist
Been his patient for numerous years. All my visits have been good. Has helped me many times. Takes an interest, listens to my problems and does or directs what to be or not to be done. Could not ask for a better doctor. Good man as well. I have been lucky to have been under his care.

The staff in this office are extremely rude, consistently fail to communicate, and do not value patient care or the patient experience. They constantly fail to submit RX orders, and as the patient, it becomes my responsibility to follow up with them several times to ensure my RX is processed in a timely manner. They never answer the phone and fail to plan accordingly for office closures due to weather.

The staff here is terrible. Rude employees, terrible communication and severe lack of care for patients. They failed to submit an order, never returned voicemails and instead of apologizing and improving they turn it around on the patient.

After seeing over a dozen doctors who blew me off and were rude and abrasive and misdiagnosed many times. I have been blessed to find Dr. Henry. I have referred my boss, husband, mother in law and children and everyone says he is so knowledgeable of medications as well as medical issues. I drive 45 minutes to see him but making him my PCP is the best choice I have ever made. This weekend I had an emergency and left voice-mail and Dr Henry himself called me back. Due to my symptoms he sent me straight to Medical City and they immediately admitted me. Not only did he know what he is doing but treats every patient with respect and kindness.

I have been a patient of Dr Henry's since the 1990's and am extremely satisfied with the care I receive from him personally, and from the other medical providers and staff that I have interacted with. A big plus: they evening and weekend appointments, and have an XRAY machine in this office.

Presented all my concerns. He listened intently. He had a plan of attack for each issue. He is so very prepared having 51 years of experience as a physician. I left with total peace of mind, knowing that we could handle every concern if I cooperated with the plans as he had set forth. A very caring and patient doctor that I trust 100%. I wouldn't go to any other physician for my body.

It has always been great over the last 20 years. He is very knowledgeable and works hard to get to the root of the problem. Great bedside manner and very caring. I've never known him to just push drugs instead of solve the issue.

Extremely disappointed. I have been loyal to Dr. Henry for about three decades now. I've been on the same regular or similar medications for about 20 years. I'm dealing with a major life crisis event with my 90 year-old mother in another state being on her deathbed, so I'm hopping back & forth between DFW and out-of-state, and trying to keep-up with my work obligations. Dr. Henry has refused repeatedly to refill my prescriptions without seeing me for an office visit, leaving me with no meds.

Absolutely horrible. He's terrible and his staff is aweful as well. If you have any questions regarding your bill (which they messed up every single time I went) don't waste your time calling because you will never get in contact with somebody who can actually fix it. The lady behind the counter in the office is a huge jerk. Just a very very poor experience overall. Bruce just tries to force drugs on you instead of finding the root cause of the problem. Please don't waste your time!!!!

Dr Henry acts if he is knowledgable but that's not the case. He runs test that are not needed, and put me on a medication that interacted with the other I was on. He is more concerned with money from his patients, versus the overall well-being. Lastly, it's impossible to get someone to return your phone call, and I would not recommend this doctor.

My experience with Dr. Henry was through contact of his PA-Emily Zhu. First I have to say that wait times are lengthy regardless of time. Staff seams disorganized and rushed with a lack of communication. If you are having labs or any tests done ask exactly what is going to be ordered because additional tests not covered by insurance were added without any discussion between provider and myself
