Dr. Bruce Hsu, MD

Dr Hsu was very attentive. Both he and his Nurse were very personable , nd knowledgeable.

Dr Hsu listened and was willing to talk through my concerns. Very attentive and kind. He is the best pain management doctor I have seen.

He had a very lackadaisical attitude. I was looking for a doctor who would take the time to listen and care about my symptoms and pain history, then explain what may be the best course of action. Instead, he assumed I wanted a spinal shot and would have scheduled it without much conversation. Same goes with prescribing pain medication. He missed the ball on giving any feedback on what might be best for my situation, but that may be because he didn't adk much about it. When he first came in the exam room I had difficulty hearing much of anything he was saying. I explained that I have hearing problems and could he repeat what he just said. He turned to me, cupped his hand around his mouth and all but yelled to me. Needless to say, this did not endear him to me. When I make a decision to move forward with a form of treatment, it most definitely will not not be with him. If he is the only pain mgmt doctor in the practice, I will change practices.

DR Hsu has a relaxed demeanor that puts me at ease when I see him. DR Hsu is easy to speak to and I find him to be a suitable replacement for DR Rung.

Found him quite brusque and unfriendly.

I had an ablation done 4 weeks ago, how was I doing? Some days good, Some days not good. Dr. Hsu has a sense of humor. We decided after myTrip to try another ablation. In the meantime try a medication before my trip.

The whole staff is friendly. They communicate well. My appointment was nearly on time even though the person I was supposed to see was stuck in traffic and Dr. Hsu saw me instead. I appreciate his kindness and sense of humor. I was amazed that he remembered so much about me regarding my personal life. I highly recommend him and LOG.

The atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxed. I really liked dealing with the nurse and Dr Hsu. Top Notch.

Dr. Hsu explained my medical options in great detail. He talked about the pros and cons of various strategies and asked my opinion about each of these. We discussed nonsurgical as well as surgical options to treat spinal stenosis. He set me at ease by asking me questions about information that I had shared during a previous visit to LOG.

Dr. Hsu truly listens and plans treatment to make his patients feel better since my appointments with Dr. Hsu my health has improved and I don't need to use my cane and more treatments scheduled

I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to talk to Dr. Hsu. He is a wonderful conversationalist and immediately puts you at ease!
