Dr Pinker doesn't listen at all and made the situation worse

utterly unhelpful, forgot who I was, and what our (his) treatment plan was going to be ... and after he said, LISTEN TO ME, I did, and he said nothing relevant. I said, Doc, what about the toe (which is why I initally came to see him, after another podiatrist injured me) .... podiatrists in general, we all know - for me, and I say only for me - Pinker, poor listener, incomptent, entitled and very defennsive if questioned. Precosley the doctors I stay away from. But, ironically, he was referred by my MDVIP, who works in the same building ... please be your own doctor ...

I never ended up meeting Dr. Pinker. I assume he is an excellent podiatrist but I didn't meet him because his receptionist hung up on me twice. Her behavior was egregious. I will never go to this practice. Dr. Pinker should be aware of his front desk staff's rudeness because he is losing patients. We saw his colleague for another visit and the same front desk staff was completely incompetent. They were having problems with the credit card machine. I needed to get my daughter back to school (her appointment was in the middle of the school day) and we couldn't keep waiting, so I gave them cash. Then they couldn't find change for my cash payment. After waiting another 5 minutes, I told them to keep the change. In sum-- I would never ever see Dr. Pinker because his staff is rude and imcompetent.

Doctor Pinker is the WORST!! I went to see him for pain in my right arch. The office is dirty and his medical equipment looks like it came from the 1950’s and I’m not exaggerating. When Dr Pinker came into the exam room, I didn’t have my mask on because I’m fully vaccinated and there were no signs saying otherwise. The staff didn’t say anything about a mask either. I told him I was vaccinated and he said it doesn’t matter, which I totally respected. My issue was moments later he pulled down his mask so his nose was completely exposed and kept it that way throughout the exam! As for the exam, he has the worst bedside manner. He would not let me finish a sentence when trying to explain my pain and actually rolled his eyes! He immediately said it was Plantar Fasciitis and I told him I’ve had that before and the pain is different. He was pushing on my heel saying you feel pain right and I told him not at all. Dr. Pinker and his staff were wonderful. He was so professional but also so nice. I highly recommend him.
