Dr. Bruce Skolnick, MD

This is a chance to share what happened to me with this doctor. I was headed for a bladder removal surgery and this man was my anesthesiologist. I waited all day to find out my surgeon opted to assist an emergency surgery that took all day. I was very concerned to have this very old surgeon who was probably exhausted work on me so I told the nurse to take out the I.V. so I could reschedule. My surgery was not life or death that day. He then called this Dr. Skolnick who promptly came over and shot me full of a cocktail to make me groggy instead right through my adamant complaint to stop so I could re-schedule. He said "nonsense, he does this all the time" Needless to say it did not go well, I lost a kidney and spent the next year in the hospital more than at home with constant infections to the point I knew I was dying. I moved my wife near one of the kids in another state. After two years ,statute of limitations from this surgery my doctor here said the doctor messed up the surgery.
