dr. Flores did an emergency brain surgery on my husband after a stroke. I called the hospital and ICU to see how the surgery went. They were surprised to hear the surgeon or no one from his team ever contacted me. I knew he was in ICU, but I didn’t know how the surgery had gone or what they had found. I continued to call and ask that someone contact me from his team but no one ever did, EVER! this man acts like a baby he can’t even pick the phone up and call a patient’s family? He can’t be responsible and professional enough to have someone from his team contact next of kin? He can’t dictate something into his phone forward it to his colleague and ask them to call? Absolutely pitiful no excuse for this abhorrent behavior it is part of his job to communicate, avoid him!
