Total Fail !!
Dr. Frain performed my ablation on December 27, 2021 and I went into AFIB on March 05, 2022 the ER doctor told me to call Dr. Frain for a follow-up and I did the next day and the girl that answered the phone said someone would call me back and a day later I got a call back from the nurse and he took some information on what happened and said he would get back to me but I have yet to hear back from anyone. It’s quite obvious that they don’t care about their patients. And my insurance was billed almost $100,000 for this procedure that didn’t work.

Ablation for AFib
My interaction with Dr. Frain was superb. He is thorough and listens to what you have to say. My ablation on Wednesday went well and I was home the same day. Down side...there was no follow-up from his office to see how I was doing. I was experiencing pain and there were no meds prescribed or directions to relieve it. I called his nurse, Steven, twice with no response. I spoke to my family doctor and within 1/2 hour he finally called with instructions. I have had some other concerns and called one more time. No response. I sent 2 messages through Healow...no response as yet. I am disappointed in the post-surgery communication.

Dr Frain is very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. After my procedure I could not have felt more dismissed or small talking to his nurse but I guess everything can’t be perfect.

Doctor Frain has given me my life back. I was diagnosed with Supra ventricular tachycardia a few months ago and was plagued with some really uncomforting fast heart beats and arrhythmias. Dr. Frain performed a cardiac ablation on me yesterday and I feel 10000x better already. The procedure was quick and virtually painless, so if you're out there considering it, I'd full heartedly recommend it! Thank you so much for restoring my quality of life, doc!
