Office staff don't care
After nearly 2 years as a patient, Dr Gayne's office never acquired my medical records from my previous provider. Apparently they requested it once, never received it, and never followed up. When I told them I was going to choose a different doctor, they just said 'have a nice day'. There was zero interest in keeping me as a patient. There was no concern I was leaving. Dr. Gayne is nice, but I've never felt less important by medical staff. Even if Dr. Gayne was a good doctor, he's clearly not good at hiring people and running a business. Also, the office feels like an abandoned hospital from the 1980s. Definitely doesn't feel like talented successful doctors who are up to speed on current medicine. Oh, and when you walk in, what feels like a waiting area is actually a blood draw center, but no one tells you that. So I sat there for half hour waiting for someone to greet me. (They also close for lunch for 2 hours with zero signage about that.) I've seen this happen with others too.

Outstanding physician!
Dr. Gayne was my PCP in St. Petersburg FL before he moved to Colorado. In addition to be extremely qualified as a doctor, he is caring, compassionate and respectful. I promise you will find him to be all this more.
