The first-time meeting Dr. Ho was a great experience. I had been suffering from my sinuses for years. Having the need for a full thyroidectomy Dr Bryan Ho was recommended to me. On calling Dr Ho’s office I was impressed with the efficient and cordial manner of the staff in making my appointment. On meeting Dr Ho, he clearly explained my options making it easy for me to reach a decision. Having agreed to surgery, Dr Ho had his staff arrange for additional testing, schedule my surgery and provide me with needed information all of which was done during my first appointment. I found Dr Ho to be a caring excellent physician and surgeon and thanks to him and his staff my surgery was completed without any problems. I would not hesitate to have my family members see Dr Ho should they have the need for his services.

Dr. Ho is an exceptionally skilled surgeon. When I was diagnosed with a malignant tumor on the thyroid, he explained everything I needed to know and everything I could expect. The surgery went flawlessly and less than a month later, I have a barely visible scar. The perfection he brings to his surgeries extends to his staff. When I was concerned about a long wait, Ms. Delgado went above and beyond and within a week she'd arranged for all the pre-op appts. as well as the surgery. Excellence all around.

Most thorough, kind and talented ENT doctor in the Northeast. After learning I had stage 3 thyroid cancer, he completed my surgery with great success. Pros: Easy appointment schedule, was able to have the Adenotonsillectomy done within a week of the initial visit. Surgery went well, was done in 25 mins on my six year old son. Cons: Is it common practice for him not to see the patient after the surgery before discharge? Granted this is a type of surgery he does 60-70 times a year but if you are expecting some common courtesy of a post-op visit in the recovery room, I guess don’t expect it. Apparently, I have to call his office to ask for a post-op visit, whereas other doctors I’ve dealt with have made sure to tell me in person to come to their office after a week for follow up. I could also sense that the nurses were waiting for him to come check in on us but he never did. And another thing, I don’t know where some reviewers who say he explains things throughly are basing that off on - their experience or what, because he hardly explained anything to me, and was bordering on a disdainful and somewhat haughty attitude, dismissing my co

Initial visit attentive to my concerns , very professional and empathetic, and allowed as much time as needed for explanation of proposed surgery.

Dr. Ho performed two very long and difficult surgeries on my sister and my brother-in-law, both of which were very successful. He always takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and to discuss your condition until you understand the situation to your satisfaction.

Excellent physician and office. I have taken my son to several ENTs with little resolution to his chronic problem. Dr.Ho was very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He connected with my son about hockey. Jenny, at the front desk, scheduled the necessary appointments right away as she knew we were going on vacation. I came to see Dr. Ho for a consultation for hyperparathyroidism. He explained my options and answered my questions. I had surgery done in May 2019, which was successful. I would highly recommend Dr. Ho.

Dr. Ho just recently performed surgery to my 7 year old daughter. He was highly recommended by Englewood Hospital staff so when we went to see him for the first time we were not disappointed at all. Weeks later my daughter underwent a T&A with Dr. Ho. He is a meticulous surgeon and she recovered faster than expected. She is breathing and sleeping better.
