I don’t want to go to Bryan Khim’s office again
I gave zero star because of receptionist who works at front. The receptionist lady who worked at front was very rude and too strict about give documents to Patient. Keep asking to send request forms to fax few times because no dates written on that we need. She talked to patient and family member as bad attitude and she thinks she is very special because she works at doctor’s office. She needs to learn manual how to talk to other people. She is very unprofessional for her job.She told me that that doctor will might reject to send to us if they don’t want to send it to us.

So grateful for Dr. Khim
Dr. Khim has been our family’s primary care physician since I was in high school. I am in my mid-forties now. He cares about his patients and is attentive to the patients’ concerns. We are so grateful for Dr. Khim.

Dr.Khim is an amazing Doctor
Dr.Khim is an amazing Doctor. Our family is going to Doctor Kim for the last 12 years. Highly recommended, very friendly, and wants to help you. My mom and son also felt very comfortable with him. He was able to help and guide me to diagnose my mom's breast cancer on time to save her life. Getting an appointment and reaching out to him for anything and everything is quick and easy. Overall 5 stars for his knowledgable, caring, and helpful personality.

Negligent Doctor
Dr. Khim basically ignored/missed my dad's extremely painful symptoms for almost half a year. My dad felt so dismissed that he decided to go to an ER for help. They found a massive tumor in his colon and he went into surgery that same week for a colostomy. He was having issues with the pain med prescription from the hospital (two days after the procedure) and called Dr. Khim to help. My dad told him about the cancer and Dr. Khim's office said they could not help him and to call the hospital. Dr. Khim has not reached out to my father since that phone call. My dad has stage 4 cancer and has been going through aggressive radiation and chemo. We got a call from a pharmacy that Dr. Khim negligently prescribed blood pressure and heartburn medication without having ever talked to my dad in 3 months. These meds are potentially deadly in combination with his current cancer treatments and Dr. Khim has not been involved at any point of my dad’s cancer treatment nor consulted the oncology team.

Dr. Bryan Khim is a wonderful family doctor. I have been going to him for over 20 years. In fact, I travel more than 50 miles just to see him. The internet is reporting that is practice is permanently closed but this is not correct. Dr. Khim's practice is fully open and he is at the same location as he has been for over 20 years: 8815 Baltimore National Pike, Ste B, Ellicott City, MD.

My mom and I have been going to him for about 10 years and recently, Dr. Khim's manners and reception are extremely unprofessional. When I requested medical records, he got upset and started yelling at me through the phone about how the request was stupid. His receptionist do not understand simple requests like passing on a message to Dr. Khim. My mom went in for a routine check up after a blood test, and had to wait over half an hour. When she explained to him multiple places where she was experiencing pain, like her chest and her feet, he got upset with her as well. He snapped at my mom for bringing multiple issues into one appointment and that she should make multiple appointments for different issues. We are tired of his lack of competence and his rudeness to patients over small requests. He should be doing his job and listening to his patients when they are in pain, and not get angry at them or dismiss them. Do not recommend - we are going to be switching PCPs.

Dr Kim and his staff bend over backwards for their patients. I have been seeing Dr Kim for over 10 years and couldn't imagine seeing another Dr. He truly cares about his patients. My husband was already a patient when I came down with bells palsy and did not have a primary Dr. My husband persuaded me to call him, even though I wasn't a patient. He diagnosed me over the phone and sent me to the ER. Thanks to Dr Kim I made a full recovery. We are patients for life!

Dr. Khim has been our family physician for the last 25 years. He has always gone out of his way to provide the best service that anyone could ask for. His staff is always ready to help with an outstanding attitude. In this day and age, when doctors march patients in and out of the office as quick as they can, Dr. Khim patiently sits down and listens to our issues and helps us the best way possible. In some cases, he has been available after hours and helped us in difficult times.

Dr. Khim has been the physician to myself and numerous family members over the past 10 years. He is a wonderful doctor who we all trust completely. During an office visit he gives 100% of his attention to my need. He makes me feel as if I were his favorite patient - I have a feeling he makes all his patients feel this way. He is kind and compassionate and has a great staff as well. The office runs very efficiently and staff members are very courteous. Dr. Khim is a blessing!

Dr. Khim has been my primary care Doctor for many years. I have referred friends and family to him. He has always treated me with respect and honesty. He makes himself available even calling me late after his office hours. He always takes time to answer my questions and, when necessary, has referred me to a specialist. He is a ethical professional and his staff is superior. Thank you, Dr. Khim, for all the guidance and medical support you have given me and my family. Kathaleen Klotz

Dr. Khim has been my primary care physician for over a decade. I have never waited in the waiting room for more than a few minutes, he always sits down to talk before we start, and he makes sure I understand the what and why of what is happening. I have recommended him to others, and three relatives have chosen him to be their primary care physician.

I have been seeing the same doctor for over 20 years now without any problems , to be fair I have probably given him more problems and may not have always been the easiest of patients. Dr. Khim is also very patient, compassionate and understanding. He listens and analyzes your symptom to provide the correct mode of care. I trust my doctor's opinion and always take his suggestions. The front desk staff are very nice, and polite I love this office they are all great!
