Poor Customer Service
The increase wait time for the appointment. The very unprofessional receptionist. Lack of hand washing and gloves during examination. As a healthcare professional that accompanied my mother to this appointment I am truly disappointed in the lack of empathy this provider has.

Doctor accepts appointments and doesn't show up
I made an appointment that was confirmed, and when I showed up to the office I was told the doctor wasn't in. I was not told why, and was not given a heads up. Had to walk back home with no consultation. Terrible professionalism, find somewhere else.
