You’re not in good hands! You’re in Expert hands
I live 5 minutes from the Major Grand Rapids Hospitals and 1.5 miles from the largest Orthopedic Group in the State. I chose to drive 2+ hours to Livonia for Dr. Pack! In truth three years ago during Covid, Dr. Pack reconstructed my left knee with a minimally invasive total knee replacement! The outcome was so good I was walking a mile and a half a day, after six weeks! The key here is “ minimally, invasive, total knee replacement!” Only a surgeon specially trained and dexterous enough to perform this technique can provide this surgery. Minimally invasive TKR’s have a 30% shorter recovery time less scarring and greater patient comfort this is Dr. Bryan Pack’s specialty. He also does hips, that being said there was no other choice for me other than to call Dr. Pack and arrange surgery . My strong recommendation is that if you are in need of this type of reconstructive joint surgery that you contact Dr. Pack and his team for a consultation!

Unnecessary Surgery on our mother
My mother's experience with Dr. Pack was a nightmare!!! He performed an unnecessary surgery on her when it wasn't even called for!!! He would only tell us (the family), that she had a bad bacterial infection (in her left knee) and that it could spread to the other knee if not treated. He went as far as to say that if she doesn't have the surgery, she could lose her life!!! Since that time, we found out that the surgery wasn't necessary and that she never had a bad bacterial infection to begin with!!!! Shame on you Dr. Pack. All of that just for a couple of bucks huh???

I had my knee replacement a couple of years ago. Dr. Pack was great. The office was extremely efficient. My scar was the best looking I have seen from others who had their replacements. My knee works great. Pain is gone. Love Dr. Packs sense of humor!

I went for my regular followup with him for my hip issue. He is always do caring and answers all of my questions in detail when I have then. I was very sad to find out at my last visit that he is leaving the practice. Now I need to go thru the process of finding another good experienced orthopedic dr that can do surgery on my hip when that time comes.

Dr pack is very cutting-edge and takes his time to explain your health situation to you. He has a wonderful process that educate you on any surgical procedure before you go through it and after there is more information on what to expect during recovery. You are given a nurse's number to contact anytime with any questions which it was very helpful. Dr pack takes a lot of time with all his patients which does put him behind schedule sometimes. This also means he will pay attention to an answer all of your questions and spend time with you. I had a great experience with this office hand doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pack for approx. 5 years. he is always so caring, compassionate, thorough as well as experienced. I was totally at ease having him do my knee replacement surgery this past December, and plan on having him do my other knee in the future. I am recovering very well as a result of the excellent care from Dr. Pack, his staff and physical therapists. I appreciate him so much and so thankful to be in his care.

I consider Dr Pack to be a Master Surgeon. He was highly recommended to me and during my first visit I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to replace my knee. He was patient, explained everything very well and was very open to answering any questions I came up with. My full knee replacement went extremely well, my recovery was faster than any of my friends who have had this surgery. My incision healed quickly and at six weeks is barely visible. I am pain free and have been given the go ahead to resume my life as it was before my knee problems surfaced. I actually played 18 holes of golf 15 days after my surgery and walked 9 tenths of a mile the same day as my surgery. I have been very diligent in my therapy exercises and I am sure that helped. I am so thankful to my sister and her doctor husband for investigating doctors for me and coming up with Dr Byron Pack. I have recommended him to anyone that asks about my surgery, if you need knee replacement please visit Dr Pack.

At age 62, I had been to many doctors complaining of knee pain. Dr. Pack was the first doctor to tell me why I was having pain. What a relief to get an answer, and on the first visit also. Dr. Pack and his staff make you feel as if you are family and important. I can't say enough about great things about RVO.
