Dr. Bryan Vinik, MD

Both my husband and I are patients of Dr Vinick. After relocating from the Nottheast where we each had primary care doctors for over 30 years we were concerned about finding a doctor that we trusted and we treat us like we had been long term patients. He provides my husband great diabetes care and is my primary care. We feel so fortunate to have him quarterbacking our health care!

Promptness and thorough examination

Dr. Vinik was my doctor a long time ago, I left, but I knew I had to come back.Glad I did. He is a very good dr.

I like Dr. Vinik. He has superb knowledge of diabetes and treatment protocols. . On top of that, he has a very pleasant demeanor and a great communicator. Can’t ask for more from a physician.

Always thorough

Dr. Vinik is caring and knowledgeable. He is a port in the storm of my medical issues. His office staff has improved greatly with age but questions via phone are never answered.

How unfortunate that I will never get to meet Dr. Vinik. Attempted to speak with a live person for “1” week to get an appointment. Left 1 message each day for a week, no call back. Finally, pressed the prompt as if I was a physician, got a live person, explained I have left messages on ex. 202 for an appointment and received no call back. She connected me to voicemail of office manager. She didn’t call back either. The next day, 7 days after my initial call, I received a call from the appointment specialist at ex. 202. She nastily said, you called the office manager, now I can’t give you an appointment, not seeing new patients. That’s the punishment one receives from this practice when attempting to get through to a live voice. Moral of the story, Dr. Vinik, one is one as good as the first impression one makes. In this case not a good one. BTW, found an wonderful endocrinologist, initial phone call returned in 20 minutes and first encountered with physician was through, informative and

I have been a patient of dr vinik for a few years and so has my husband. He is everything you want from a physician. He is kind and caring and listens. He goes out of his way to help us, no matter what our needs are. He is knowledgeable. I cannot praise him enough. His office staff is caring and helpful. He deserves a rating of 10 stars, but healthgrades only let's you give 5 stars

Dr. Vinik is such an Excellent Physician

Dr. Vinik is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. He spent time with me, explained everything and followed up with my test results immediately. I highly recommend Dr. Vinik

Dr Vinik is a good doctor but his office staff is horrible. The phones rings and rings, they place patients on hold and if they do return they either are hung up on or it takes an average of 5-10 minutes of hold time. Messages are left numerous times and never returned. The waiting room is like a casting call with too many people waiting way too long. He certainly needs to look at whats going on and re evaluate his staff because it is a detriment to his practice. They are rude and unhelpful
