Outstanding. Compassionate, kind, explained everything clearly. Treated me with the utmost respect. Did not rush and did a great job on my broken leg and broken foot. Had to operate during a terrible terrible pandemic. I don’t understand some of these comments I would definitely refer new patients to Dr. Waxman.

Referred by HP Hospital's emergency room for a broken wrist. Dr. Waxman's manner with me was dreadful (commenting on my age, and suggesting that were I a younger patient, he'd be more concerned with 'getting it perfect'. I had just turned 60.) He re-set my wrist in an above-the-elbow fixed cast, and instructed me to return in three weeks, failing to tell me that I should come back in within a day or two when any possible swelling would have subsided, to ensure there was no misalignment. OOPS!
