Dr. Bryant Cestelein, DPM

Dr. Castelein didn't offer me much time at my first visit with him. He appeared to be in a hurry and didn't really care what my problems were. He didn't listen to me or try to understand the cause of my pain; only offered me basic treatment options of rest and ice. Thanks... I don't need a medical degree to know that. Waste of time. If you're looking for a podiatrist who takes your issues seriously, go elsewhere. If you want to waste your afternoon with a Dr who thinks he is too good for you, you've come to the right place.

Dr. Castelein is an exceptional doctor, period. His capability, progressiveness, trustworthiness and bedside manner are all 5+ stars. He actually listens. He actually cares. From the moment the patient walks in the door, he and his staff are on top of every detail. He listens intently, discusses your ailments, courses of treatment, his preferred method, what to expect, recovery time, and answers all of your questions patiently and respectfully. All of your visits, treatments, follow ups, surgeries are all very timely. His staff is awesome. They are highly organized, knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Castelein and Brighton Foot & Ankle if you want top-notched care.

Dr. Castelein has performed multiple surgeries for me. He is compassionate and a really amazing, progressive surgeon. He went out of his way to ensure I had equipment necessary for recovery that I couldn’t afford. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I am diabetic and had severe ulcers on the bottom of my left foot and right big toe I’ve seen at least 4-5 different podiatrist with no results Dr. Castelein was the only one who gave hope and results I followed him to Brighton from Fenton (where I live) He is the only one to have given me HAPPY FEET ?? I could never be able to thank him for feet I can actually walk on I 100% recommend him and his awesome friendly staff
