Dr. Jacoby took me on as a patient, knowing that it wasn't my first rodeo with red cell alloimmunization. He was very skilled and knowledgeable in this area, which is rare. He performed 3 successful intrauterine transfusions on my son, although the baby wasn't quite as cooperative. Although he may not have always agreed with my opinions, he supported them. He listened to my concerns and did his best to quell my fears. My son is alive because of him and Dr. McCoy and all the staff at SVMFM.
