ON 7/30/2009, I had a problem with both eyes (macular detachment). His staff treated me with horrible behavior. I promised myself will never come back again

Not very good. I have had at least 6 shots in my left eye and cannot see any improvement. He seems to enjoy making people wait. On my last visit 5/2/22 I waited a hour in a small waiting room full of people some taking their shoes off some coughing some sneezing. Some were also sitting out in the hall. I am 76yrs old and my immune system is not good. I don't need this. He even came in the waiting room and said be patience patients then smiled. He enjoyed seeing everyone waiting on him. Why is he not back there taking care of patients. I noticed on the sign in sheet the last couple of times that I was there. Two people with the same appt. time as mine. How does he see three people at the same time? Does he not think people may have other thing to do other than wait on him. I finally just left his office and I will not be back,

Yes, ! Dr G. Is the best! He really listens to his patients, sometime to a fault, in creating a long wait time between patients.. but when your with him! Time stands still, and you think you are the ONLY person in the room .... that’s what I want from my doctor. I feel like I’m the only one in the room and he gives me the Utmost attention.... He listens to me ... He talks to me ... He looks me in the eye .... and really cares about what’s going on with me! Isn’t this what a Doctors supposed to do... ?.. Dr. Ginsburg is the best.

Dr Burt Ginsburg has been an awesome doctor, shows concern very attentive to his patients both of my parents go to him. I feel they are in the best hands, the staff always courteous and prompt about out visits and of any concerns that we may have.
