I like Dr. Mastoor overall because she spends a lot of time with you, but I do not like the fact that every time I go there she acts as though I’m a new patient because she does not review my history before coming in to see me. I constantly have to remind her of things that I would expect her to see in my file. Of course I don’t expect her to remember, but I would feel more of a connection to her and also trust her more with my care if she reviewed my chart before coming in to see me. Sometimes she says one thing on the portal and/or relayed from a nurse( that’s in writing), but then she changes it up when you’re sitting in front of her. She makes you come in for every little thing even when you’ve just seen her and you know your body. Not to mention she have a record of your history, so she should see the trend. On a more positive note, she’s very kind, caring and knowledgeable.

Dr. Mastoor is an outstanding physician. The time that she spends with her patients is a rare gift. She listens carefully and asks questioning so that she can provide non-judgmental, integrated, comprehensive care. I especially appreciate her focus on prevention.

Dr. Mastoor at times cares more about my health than I do. She is knowledgeable, seems to keep up with new information and has a great bed-side manner.

I am an athletic, healthy person. On my 1st appt with Mastoor in 2013, she told me I had heart issues & to stop running (which I didn't). This year I am running a marathon & checked my health as a precaution. Mastoor told me to stop running immediately because of heart issues & ordered several (expensive) tests. I visited a cardiologist who looked at the exact same tests & told me there was nothing wrong with me & I was healthier than most people. Mastoor is either uneducated or money-oriented.

This was worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. I felt that she never tried to connect with me as a patient, she was very impersonal and cold. Was never on time or even resonalbly close to being on time, even a broke clock is on time twice a day. Over all I felt that she only looked at me as a number not a person, they always pushed for more and more visits and I think that was just so they could charge my insurance and get co-pays from me. I would recomend you not see her.
