I wait long periods between office visits and my concerns aren't answered. Dr Rhodes takes a long time to read notes on the computer and doesn't tell me what he's reading. When I try to quickly explain what's bothering me, he interrupts and seems agitated that I'm asking questions. In one visit when I was explaining symptoms, he said in a loud voice, ' what do you want me to do?' He didn't pay attention to my complaints until I used my cousins position in the military and what he told me to ask about. I am not comfortable asking questions and feel rushed in my time with him. I'll ask for a referral to another cardiologist as soon as I can. I need someone who uses the local imaging center so I don't have to drive to Vegas all the time. It's getting harder every year for me to drive that far and I'm on oxygen.

As a new patient with Dr Rhodes, I found him very knowledgeable with my medical history. He took the time to bring himself up to date on me before my office visit.

Excellent, professional, kind and very well educated. I owe him my life.

If I had known that he rated this low I would have never picked him, changed my medicine dosage without updated info, had reaction to the new dosage and had to go to hospital to get checked out, he o.d. me and had to take a week off work to recover, he needs to resign.

Bad, when I first went into his office all he could do is talk about my breast and all my other appointments hid did the same thing, he charged my insurance for a procedure that was not done because they couldn’t get a vein. Awful man.

Dr. Rhodes should be retired.. My mother in law waited 4 months for results from a stress test holding everything else up. We told him she was going out of town needed results over the phone.. Never got them refused over the phone.. Primary doctor never got them. So now finally got them , possible blockage, might need another stint. After figuring why her blood pressure, heart rate, and even passing out is so bad... Maybe because her heart doctor refuses to answer her calls or send info to her doctor like we request.

Poor customer service, unprepared for visit, have to drive to Vegas for everything, took me off all cardiac meds when I shouldn't have. Had to seek out a new cardiologist to fix the medication issues. Overall not happy!

Very concerned and informative

DR. RHODS IS ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR INSURANCE MONEY. HE DOESN'T DO SURGARY ANYMORE. I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR TO FIND OUT THAT RHODS IS A LIAR. HE HAS RUINED MY LIFE AND MY WIFE'S.

Dr. Rhodes is very attentive and exhibits a willingness to listen and answer all my questions. He also explains things in such a way that he has earned my trust. I have never sensed a dismissive attitude, but quite the opposite, Charles is authentic and makes me feel respected and cared for.
