Disregarded pain concerns
I had a consult for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I expressed my fear of the endoscopy. Dr. Foltz assured me I would not remember it with sedation. I wasn't concerned about the colonoscopy since I'd had two of them with a different doctor and did not remember any of the procedure. However, during both the endoscopy and colonoscopy I was very vocal about my pain and discomfort. The panic with the scope down my throat was horrible. Instead of administering more sedation, he ignored it. For the colonoscopy, my eyes were open but too sedated to talk. But I was moaning in protest! It was painful. And then in his notes he wrote 'patient tolerated procedure well.' Far from it. For several days afterwards, I experienced depression and crying spells remembering it. I felt betrayed and dismissed. My depression has turned to anger. Unfortunately, I previously gave him a good review based on the office visit before having the procedures when he assured me I'd be ok.

Refuse to return my call
I'm already a patient there, and needed to reschedule surgery. It's been two weeks and 6 voicemails and they still haven't called me back. Considering medical conditions are kind of important, how these clowns are allowed to operate a business is beyond me. Search elsewhere.

Can't reach the office.
I got through on the telephone 5 days ago. Dr. Foltz's assistant wasn't in so her colleague took a message. Five days later I still haven't been called so I am calling them. I've been trying every 15 minutes for 75 minutes, and nobody's answering the phone.
