Dr. Caitlin Schmidt, DO

Dr. Schmidt was extremely thorough! She made sure she had all of my accurate medical information, asked probing questions which led to accurately identifying causes, diagnosis and treatment! Not to mention, she’s extremely personable and makes you the center of attention when she is with you. I highly recommend Dr. Schmidt!

I highly recommend Dr. Schmidt! I've have multiple obgyn doctors over the years and she stands out as an excellent physician! Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and open to what goals I had. Most recently, she helped me with my heavy periods. After childbirth, my body experienced so many changes and her guidance helped me greatly. Thank you!

Dr. Schmidt has been excellent during my office visits. She listens and is very patient while giving me quality advice and recommendations. Her treatment of my conditions shows she has understood my ongoing concerns but does what is clinically appropriate for my care. I would recommend her highly! (I see her for gynecological not obstetrics.)

Dr. Schmidt is outstanding. I came to see her a year ago with serious peri-menopause symptoms (inability to focus, depression, weight gain, sleeplessness, essentially feeling like I was losing it and falling apart). She listened attentively, genuinely cared about how I was struggling. I never felt rushed, we discussed options and decided on low dose HRT, plus encouragement for daily movement. We touched base after a couple weeks and again at about 6-8 weeks to ensure the plan was working, thankfully it was! With her help and the help of my gym trainer/nutrition coach, I am feeling like myself again, and not far from my normal weight. If you’re battling peri-menopause symptoms, I cannot recommend her more highly. We do not need to suffer through this stage of life and I am thankful for Dr. Schmidt. She literally saved me from spiraling further into depression.

I was put on a blood thinner at the end of my pregnancy. When I told her I didn't know how to inject it because I don't have experience with giving shots, she said she would find a nurse to show me how to do it because she doesn't give injections! I felt like if my life was on the line this is not the dr I want to have.
