Poor Experience with Dr Li. Cale ProminisBrooklyn
Telehealth
I had a very bad experience with doctor Li. Here are my notes:- It was very hard to get in touch with even a receptionist for him- He did not call me for my schedule phone appointment twice- Worst of all when I brought up a potential incorrect billing mistake he says 'I think you grossly misunderstand how this all works, this is not something you go screaming to a doctor about' I was speaking in a normal voiceHe is no longer my doctor for obvious reasons. When I called to complain the staff said 'he can be upset sometimes'

He will spend time answering any of your questions and Rx's are done immediately! That hasn't happened with other home doctors.
