I suffered from an enlarged prostate for years. Urgency, many night time bathroom trips. Constantly worrying about finding a bathroom when traveling. Dr Charchinco performed the HoLEP procedure with amazing results! PSA from mid 8's to less than .1. A good night's sleep finally, and a bladder that empties! Thanks Dr Charchinco and your great team! This is my second biopsy, but my first with Dr. Charchenko. Dr. Charchenko's prostate biopsy procedure was the best one EVER.

I had HoLEP Surgery by Dr Charchenko and could not be happier with the outcome. His office and staff, Nick and Sally, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I followed the protocol strictly that he laid out for me pre-surgery which I also think helped me have such a successful outcome. Dr Charchenko explained, in detail, beforehand all of the things that I should expect after the surgery. Without exception my experience followed what he said would occur. Immediately post surgery I had no leaking, no pain(never even took an aspirin), and within several weeks all urgency disappeared and I feel more normal than I have in 20 plus years. I am very grateful and feel like a new man.

Dr. Charchenko first treated my enlarge Prostate with medicine for a year. But my prostate kept getting large and it was harder to live normal, always needing to go bathroom. Then he mention the Holep procedure. So the end of February he did it. He said change will not be over nite, but I should see change. I can say as of the 1st of August I'm living the life I had many years ago. Dr. Charchenko truly is a caring and understand man!!!! He call the next day after surgery to see how I was doing and a few days later I had pain. I called his office, he had me come in early the next morning before he started his surgery schedule!!! That is a person that cares for is patient. Dr. Charchenko's staff are a extension of him, Salley and Nick are perfect people for Dr. Charchenko they care just like him, in fact they shared their direct phones. I can truly say I never thought I would have my life back. I walk and before I either had to wear depends or go in pants. I walk between 8-10 miles .

Dr. Charchenko was the doctor for discovering and treating prostate cancer and removal. He was very professional, knowledgeable and quite personable. Once the cancer was discovered, he reviewed the options and allowed us to make an informed decision about the treatment. He performed the operation and reviewed the results. We are quite pleased with the outcome and would recommend Dr. Charchenko for anyone with the same issue.

Doctor Charchenko is a miracle worker! There is no other way to describe the procedure he practices. He performed a HOLEP procedure on my prostate and I feel urinary relief that I haven’t felt since I was in my 20’s! I am 57 and did not realize how miserable I was until coming out on the other side of this life changing procedure. I have experienced virtually no side effects. Please consider looking into having a HOLEP done if you are struggling with the effects of not emptying, urgency to urinate and multiple trips to the bathroom in the night like I was.
