Caring, thorough, knowledgeable
My husband had a stroke and was in the ICU at Saint Luke’s in the Woodlands. We were so fortunate that Dr. McBride was the day shift doctor for the first week we were there. He took the time to answer every question and concern with thoughtfulness and care, without making us feel dumb or intimidated. He made sure that all bases were covered in terms of ordering specific procedures and medications. He seemed to genuinely care. I saw him interact with different families while we were there and he was great with everyone. He never seemed rushed or bothered. No one wants their loved one to be hospitalized but Dr. McBride will take excellent care of you if you are.
