Dr Freitag always listens to my concerns and he has helped me loose weight and do a whole transformation. I appreciate him taking time to hear me.

He is a very knowledgeable, dedicated Physician. He takes his time with patients. The wait time to see him is long but is worth. I highly recommend him.

The only pcp I met in Texas that cares.

No interest in medical records just creates his own scenario

The staff at Cleveland & Kingwood are the most unprofessional group of people that I've ever dealt with in the health care industry. They make it clear they all hate their job, they even talk about it Infront of the patients, which makes us patients very uncomfortable. They never follow up, they alway overbook, and they will sit at a window with a room full of people and ask you very personal questions! The doctor never keeps the same people so I guess that's why they don't care. Don't go here!!

Very disappointing visit to Dr Kreit's office. Never even got to see the Dr. I walked out after being there over 2 hours past my appointment time. There was no communication about the delay but I overheard another waiting patient saying they were told the Dr was on a conference call. When I approached the nurses desk to ask, I stood for about a minute without either of the 2 nurses acknowledging me so I just left.

This was an absolute awful experience. I was there over 3 hours after my appointment before even seeing the doctor. Frustrated patients all around said this was typical. When he finally showed up, our conversation was interrupted by nurses barging in to get his signature, no knocking, no regard for any sort of privacy. It was a highly unprofessional place. If you value your time and don't want to be at the doctor all day, avoid this office.
