Not very good.
Dr. Sutter is worse Doctor ever. He doesn’t do the actual physical. He reviews the results from blood tests from the previous year. He doesn’t let you have a chance to ask him questions or what you have to say. He’s kind of arrogant or just not very nice.

Not a nice guy at all. Left his office mad. Never go back to him

Cannot say anything good about this guy
Suttor was the worse experience I have ever had with a doctor. Would not listen to anything I had to say to see what was going on. Did not bother to call back to explain test results but referred me to a specialist. When I called to ask why they said they did not have the results of my blood test. The office is run by idiots who cannot get anything right. Do not trust your healthcare to this office.

Call for appointment 10 am and got appointment at 10:45 am. No waiting time at the office. Dr. Suttor was very attentive, answered questions. My total experience was excellent.

Dr. Suttor is the most narcissistic, self-righteous doctor that I’ve ever met. He insulted me several times during my recent visit and made me feel more like a burden than a patient. This was my first & last visit. Lexington Clinic East has got to do better than this because you can’t get any worse than Dr Suttor. My husband and I are both seeking another physician because of the constant verbal abuse and horrible bedside manner that comes from Dr Suttor.

Waiting times typically over 90 minutes in a very cold waiting room, plus an additional 15 - 30 minutes in exam room, an office of clutter and stacks of patient files everywhere, Doc more interested in routine tests and follow ups rather than focusing on the health issue. Spent most time on computer. Doc not interested in hearing about my health issue, and told me no one wants to see me or treat my condition. No viable alternatives for treatment. Not even satisfied with Dr. Suttor or his staff!
