Consistent, helpful
Dr. Meyer always takes her time to listen to my medical concerns and has been consistent over the years. She always takes my feedback seriously and helps me find a resolution. I’ve always had good interactions with friendly and competent office staff too. The only time my annual exam has been rescheduled was when she was called into an emergency delivery… and I would want that same care if I were the one giving birth. I would absolutely recommend her.

WORST DR EVER NO COMMON SENSE AT ALL!!
My daughters Dr Shelley Shoun office has been a living nightmare since she moved to Warren Clinic St. Francis. My daughter called on Friday in severe pain. Severe cramps she has (PCOS) the nurse said they would call out Lystedia! We waited pharmacy never got a script. When she called to talk to the nurse they had left for the day 11:30am Friday. So she’s been hurting in bed with 2 small kids while husband works. So I had Dr on call call us that’s when the nightmare continued we got a phone call from DR. CANDACE MYERS she absolutely refused to call out meds that Dr Shoun office said they would & didnt! She said unfortunately I can’t help you. You can go to the ER and wait all day while your bleeding uncontrollably and in severe pain! I hung up on her because she lacked sympathy, empathy, or just simple common sense! I’m going to complain to the highest person I can go to. DO NOT SEE DR CANDACE MYERS!! She got her license out of Cracker Jack box!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Wonderful
Dr Meyer is fantastic! I found her after we learned that we were pregnant in 2019. She is kind, knowledgeable and very attentive at every appointment. I always feel like she is truly listening, she asks thoughtful and useful questions, she makes her patients feel comfortable and I never feel rushed at appointments. I’m so happy I did my research when looking for an OB-GYN and found her.

Will not recommend this dr. She does not have a personality at all! She rushes the visit and when I had my Nexplanon implant-she didn’t wait long enough for the medicine to numb the area. Hurt very bad!

Very unpleasant experience after waiting 3 months for my appointment. I was treated rudely but one of the office personnel. I didn’t have my new patient paperwork which I did not receive via us mail or email. I arrived at the time my reminders told me to arrive. I did the E check in on my chart confirming my info and meds. It was purely a misunderstanding: however in the office I was treated very poorly by this person whom I unfortunately do not have the name. I will not recommend this office to anyone.

It would have been nice to make it to meeting Dr. Meyer and having my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of appt time for paperwork. They explained that if I didn’t have it ready to hand in upon arrival, that I should have been there 30 minutes prior to the appointment to compete it. They explained I would be rescheduled!! I had driven an hour. I pleaded and explained I could complete the paperwork quickly, I would be done before the 15 minutes was up. No compassion, no chance. They wouldn’t see me because of this and I had to leave.

My daughter had an 9:15am 5/21/2020 appointment. We got there early. Let them know we were there and the receptionist said she had accidentally canceled our appt. the day before and we had to reschedule. We asked to go ahead and be seen and they would not see her due to the receptionist mistake. My daughter took off work, was on time and had waited for this appointment for months. They are very unprofessional and do not care about their patients at all! They did apologize and said she would have to reschedule for October!! We said no and will not be using her as a Dr.

Would not know anything about the doctor considering we have never seen her. However, we have seen the nurse once and my wife is 10 and a half weeks pregnant. It is snowing today and they canceled the appointment to hear the heartbeat. Not a big deal other than the fact that they have now scheduled us for 2 more weeks. Put us at the back of the line when they canceled the appointment. Therefore, my wife will be almost 13 weeks pregnant without ever seeing the doctor. The nurse said she wasnt sure why they had that scheduled today anyway because you wouldnt be able to hear the heartbeat, which we know to be false. No test other than a urine test has been done to make sure everything is ok for my wife and the baby. We have been made to feel insignificant and what should be an exciting time in our life has only become extremely stressful. We have already been in touch with another practice that we have made an appointment with in less than a week, not 2.

Great care, always respectful. We are usually in and out of appointments in 20 minutes but with all questions answered and care never feels rushed. Staff is AWESOME, nurse Stephanie is the best. They helped me sort out my issues with insurance without every making me feel like a bother. We are 4 weeks from delivery (hopefully) and we will use Dr. Meyer again in the future.

I’ve seen her a few times and they were alright visits. She says UMM every other word and it irked me but she seemed to explain stuff alright. Although, today I was in horrible pain and called about some medicine that she had sent to my pharmacy that the pharmacy didn’t have and never got to actually talk to her just through someone else. I was on the phone with the office at least 10 times and was told I’d get a call back and the office closed and I never got a call back. I’m changing OBs

No warm, fuzzy feeling from the minute you enter the lobby. There is nothing about this office that would induce confidence or compassion. This doctor is void of any personality or bedside manner, let alone any empathy. I don't understand why she even wanted to be a doctor. She obviously hates her job and her patients.
