Loved the experience.

Dr. Candice Taylor is such a wonderful human. She has gone far and beyond to hear our concerns for our son and has always made us feel welcome whenever we go visit the office. We are really fortunate to have Dr. Candice Taylor and her staff as our provider. She's really the best. She's a wonderful person. She's a wonderful person.

Dr. Taylor goes above and beyond and has a great connection with our child. She knows how to work with our teen in a positive and encouraging way and deal with his serious health concerns. thank you.

Over a two hour wait for a 2 year old is absolutely unacceptable. If times need to be extended, to allow for a walk in, then you should do that and or call patients ahead of time, as to not waste their time.

Other than waiting an hour to be seen and another hour for our appointment and check-out, we are pleased. Residents and Dr. Taylor were extremely courteous, informative, and gentle with our baby. Their care was top notch but the waiting times are really discouraging.

I did not get to see the doctor until an hour and a half after my appointment started- I was finally seen and was able to leave with my 3 year old after two hours in the patient room. I feel that the amount of time we waited is unacceptable- it is extremely difficult to keep a 3 year old busy in a patient room without screens- I am not about to use screens for an indefinite period of time. Please let patients know our wait time and give an ability to reschedule if the time frame is much longer than expected!

Dr. Taylor is the best pediatrician we have ever seen (and we've seen several). The amount of time it takes to be seen was challenging (we were there for 3 1/2 hours). We will continue to go to this practice because of the quality of care, but I imagine that amount of time must be especially difficult for parents who cannot get as much time off of work. My only other concern was the scripted conversation about BMI. I worry about eating disorders with my kids (because we have a history of them in our family) and while the person who had the discussion was sensitive, my child still left the appointment feeling bad about himself and his body image.

Dr. Candice Taylor is one of the best doctors there at UCI Santa Ana. UCI Santa Ana is such a great place for my child. Really enjoy coming there. I don't like that there are wait, the long wait times. Maybe you all can get some more resident doctors, but other than that, I really like going there for my child.

Dr. Candice was really great. She was really nice and knew how to deal with. And very informative and caring. And she took her time with us, and addressed any of our concerns. I just wish that she would that she worked also at the Anaheim location. Since it's closer to my home that would have been great. We had her as my children's physician all the time. Thank you.

The doctor was amazing overall in knowledge and explaining in detail regarding my daughters health. However, I understand they are a low income they are a low income doctors office. The only negative thing about my experience was the front office staff asking for my income for programs that can be available to me. I have never been asked that in my years of going to the doctor and it is no one else's business but mine. Overall the visit itself was good just the front office made me feel uncomfortable. For the next visit I wish to decline to answer if it is asked again.
