Dr. Candida Casado, MD

Dr. Casado was not able to numbed me in more than 2 occasions, she injected me so many times I felt like I was going get a heart attack. she use the wrong size crown 2 times therefore given me lots of pain. she does not know what is she doing. Her staff lie to me telling me that nothing was wrong! I'm good now, I found a real dentist and he use the right size crown. Dr. Casado give me my money back.

Dr. Casado and her staff fit me in at 8:30 am on Saturday morning to re-cement a 5-year old crown that had come off late Friday night. She and her staff could not have been kinder or more professional, especially given that I had had little to no sleep because of the pain. I am new to South Florida and have been seeing a dentist in Boca referred by my dentist of 15 years in Texas, but she does not have evening, weekend, or emergency hours. I can't thank Dr. Casado and her staff enough!

Dr. Casado was very knowledgeable, straightforward and clear in her explanation of what needed to be done. I had been having pain for about 6 months. Another dentist I had gone to did not find the problem. Dr. Casado tested the tooth with hot and cold and found I needed a root canal, and I should not wait. I was able to get it done 3 days later. The pain is finally gone! She is located at Coral Springs Dental Center. They have Saturday hours. When I called on Friday, they were able to get me in that Saturday to see Dr. Casado, and when I called back on Monday to book the root canal, they gave me a next day appointment for Tuesday. Two next-day appointments!!
