Bilateral Breast reduction
I used Doctor Candace Lovelace, and she is definitely an answered prayer!! Going thru the whole process I had a cancer scare and she walked me thru the whole process. Called me herself to check on me and update me. She is just an amazing doctor, and I highly recommend. I was finally able to get my procedure done and I'm so in love with the results. Was a size H and she thinks ill end up being a C.

Disappointed
My experience at Dr. Lovelace’s office has been deeply disappointing on multiple occasions. During my first visit, I had to reschedule because I waited for an hour for my consultation, which was scheduled weeks before. I left without being seen. On my second visit, my insurance scheduled me in, and although the appointment itself went smoothly and the receptionist was nice, the nurses were rude. Dr. Lovelace seemed promising and assured me she would handle the insurance matters promptly. However, my appointment with her was scheduled in March, and despite my insurance informing me that it typically takes 15 calendar days for a response, the office claimed it would be a three-month wait. I patiently waited for four months, only to encounter a runaround when I called for an update. I attempted to reach their insurance agent, Claudia, but she was never available. Surprisingly, my insurance has no record of the consultation, even though they charged for it. This ongoing battle, which I hav

I got no results from the IPL she did on me. She tried to lower my expectations so I went elsewhere and got a great result.

Dr. Lovelace is very professional with a great bedside manner. She has done multiple procedures and surgeries on me over the years. I travel from out of state to see her because she is the best. I have also sent tons of friends to her as well, and they look amazing. Dr. Lovelace is meticulous and will take care of you. She takes her time and explains everything. She will answer every question you have, and most of the time answers them before you ask.

Honestly I was terrified of the unknown. I had a procedure weeks before that forced me to have plastic surgery but I quickly found out I was in excellent hands with Dr. Lovelace. She was quick to answer all of my concerns and to fix my issue. She did excellent work and she made me feel confident about what to expect after the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Lovelace!!!
