Best Doctor in my experience.
As for Dr. Fininzio, I and my mom were with her for numerous years. Loved how understanding and thorough she was. We were VERY happy with her! Primary Care of WNY, office she works out of, were the opposite. They dismissed us because my husband wanted to switch from another provider in the office to Dr. Fininzio because of my and mom's great experience with her. The office refused and not only kicked him out of the office but kicked me and my mom out as well simply because of their policy that if one family member is kicked out, the whole family is kicked out. He tried getting them to let me and my mom stay since the issue was with him but they refused. We are still, 6 yrs later, trying to find a provider we can feel as comfortable and happy with as we did with Dr. Fininzio. SHE IS THE BEST.

A terrible doctor's office only care about money
I was a patient of this doctor's office for approximately 10 years. In the last 5 years it is impossible to get a hold of the office by phone. You have to call leave a message and wait for them to call back, and hope they call back when your available. Last year I began taken care of my mother who was dying of pancreatic cancer, I missed two appointments and they dismissed me. I asked them to please reconsider which they did. I then was late for an appointment this November and they dismissed me again. They know I have to kids and take care of my elderly father who lives with me and has numerous medical problem. I have expressed the immence stress I feel as a result of working full time, taking care of two kids, and my father, after the passing of my mother. I also have ADD, which makes it difficult for me to keep track of the many things going on in my life. They clearly do not care about the patients only about the bottom line.

I'm so very confused about the negative reviews. I'm a high utilization patient who has been going to Fininzio since around 2014. Between Fininzio and her PA I have always been treated very well, diagnosed correctly, prompt return of portal emails, referred to specialists when necessary, and Rx's promptly filled (except when insurance makes infuriating formulary changes, not their fault).

I have been under the care of Dr. Fininzio for approximately 3 years. I have found her personable, caring, empathetic and proactive concerning possible issues. She is straight forward, which I don't have a problem with, she takes your concerns, and needs into consideration. She listens and discusses issues with you with NO RUSHING.

Not knowledgeable, proactive, or helpful at all. The office staff are ok. The wait is a long time usually.

Dr. FIninzio is a terrible doctor. My son has Celiac's disease - her lack of follow through caused substantial delay in diagnosis. She told us for a long time that my son had reflux before I demanded the celiac test. Then she thought I was overbearing demanding anything - but if I had not, my son would be taking reflux meds and his food would still be killing him. She also wrote an intentionally misleading letter to the Court in a custody matter because my ex asked her to.

Horrible physician. Would not trust at all. Poor judgment, poor assessment skills. I am new to the practice and could not see my PCP due to scheduling issues and ended up having to deal with her. Unless you want to be misdiagnosed, mismanaged do not go to this physician.

I have not one issue with Dr Fininzio. She has been my PCP for almost 5 years now and I don't need to see her often but when I do she's amazing. Very personable and kind but she's very straight forward (which I like). She doesn't beat around the bush and will give it to you straight. I will say the office staff is another story. But there are some very nice people who are part of the staff that will go out of their way to help you in any way possible.

While Dr. Fininzio is very attentive and pleasant during the appointment the staff in her office is very rude and incompetent. Complaints include mismanaged appointments, unanswered calls, inappropriate return call times, failure to document requests, and complete lack of professionalism or common curtesy if you prefer. Complaints and requests to address concerns were disregarded by the office manager.

Aweful, doesn't contact you back very unprofessional! Offered to prescribe medication that you have already discussed with her as to past use and dislike. Refuses to prescribe medications that were needed even with documented other doctors advise. Referred me to a specialist who didn't even specialize In what she advices me I needed and when called to ask for a new contact she never called back even with numerous phone calls to office.
