This is the absolute best primary care physician I have ever had. She listens, I mean really listens to you. She comes up with a plan with you, not just for you. She takes everything into consideration and takes the time to really get to know her patients. If you live in the area, you need to see this doctor!

DrJakob is one of the most caring and compassionate and supportive Dr I’ve ever met. My mother in law and I have been going to her for years. She’s and her staff are so kind to mom who has dementia. She treats her patient compassionately all the time.

Cara has a team that wants to help, and does just that. You get all the time you need, and these days that's rare! Cara knows her stuff. When I was hospitalized, I asked the head nurse if there was a GP that he could recommend. Without hesitation he said, "Cara Jakob," and he was right!!!

I have been going to dr.jakob for years now and I love her!!! Great great doctor and has help me so much over the years. Very compassionate and does not rush and I trust her 100% with my health!! Looking for a honest and great doctor she is the one!!!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Jakob for almost 12 years now. She is an outstanding Doctor and a wonderful person. We have had a variety of diseases, illnesses, sprained this and that and we always get immediate service or a phone call. Her office also follows up by calling their patients to see how they are doing. You won’t find anyone better.

Love and appreciate every visit, so compassion and concerned about each and everyone she see.never do I want to depart from this women.BEST!

TOTAL FAMILY HEALTHCARE Brandon Crotty LMHC I called about 7x’s in three days I left a detail messages, requesting refill for 2 medications. Nothing was done, still w/o medications. On June 26th, I went in person and ask to speak to a manager. He wasn’t polite and showed no interest in listening to my concerns. I explained, that I was experiencing withdrawals. I was told to make an appointment. On my way out they demanded for me to exit the back door. I explained, that I needed to schedule an appointment. We exchanged words back and forth. To make a long story short, A male named Brandon Crotty exits his office, grabs me by my arm, pushing me towards his office. I had to call the police. Brandon Crotty said to police officers, that I was yelling and screaming. Police officers asked to view the cameras. Brandon Crotty said that he couldn’t rewind the camera because a password is needed. He told police that he gently place his hands on my shoulder to discuss my concerns further.

I should have listened to my initial instinct - she immediately wanted to prescribe me two different meds and acted like she knew my family history within 5 minutes of talking. When she made referrals for a therapist they said they only handled children or families or just did not respond. She is very hasty with her patients, especially if you're scheduled before closing time. She recommends NOT to do testing to save money but then sends you a letter saying you're no longer a patient.

Dr. Jakob is what you may call "direct". Dr. Jakob is also what you might call hostile. Dr. Jakob is very blunt in her manner of examination, and does not seem to have much regard for how her words sound or how they may come across. Dr. Jakob also seems to quickly rush to judgement, particularly on mental health matters.

Very knowledgeable and willing to take time to listen.

Be very careful, after my husband traveled for work the last 6 mths he missed his annual physical. The Dr not only dropped him as a patient but our WHOLE family I was told by Shelly the receptionist. I never received notification they would be dropping me & my child. Certainly if we could have avoided his work travels we would have since I lost company paid HSA $ too. I am happy to find a new Dr! Appts are already set up & I shared our experience so it’s no surprise to the new Dr.

Dr. Jakob treats you as a person and not just the next patient in line during her day. She is a good listener. She thinks of all the angles to help with whatever the issue is.

Some years ago my spouse and I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cara Jakob. It was a great experience. Dr. Jakob is a kind caring physician. She listened very well and understood our needs. My spouse was in need of a physicals exam in order to submit documents to the immigration services. Dr. Jakob and her staff were very kind and understanding. They were also able to satisfy the request in a timely manner. I do not like going for doctor visits but, I can truly say, it was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Jakob is direct and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to detecting your illness. She takes her time with you and spends time listening to you! I highly recommend Dr. Jakob! You won't be disappointed.

When seeing a doctor it is important for the doctor to spend sufficient time with you. Dr. Cara Jakob never seems to be in a hurry when she's seeing her patients. The level of personal concern for me is so very nice to see.
