A fantastic caring Doctor.
Dr. Nathan is always extremely efficient, she explains things in a manner easily understandable by a non-medical person like me. Her doctor to patient attitude is very pleasant, she always puts me at ease. After every visit I left in a much better state of mind then when I arrived. Today she examined me, preformed a procedure during the course of the exam that gave me instant relief, and gave me a practical home treatment plan that appears to be easy to follow. Of course she deserves the maximum stars available.

Horrible Care
came in office in a rush, had to go to surgery. did not listen to concerns about treatment for diverticulitis, just kept repeating that surgery is for everyone who has recurrent bouts. This goes against AGA guidelines. But there was no discussion, just kept saying she had to go. Before she left, she pressed on my stomach. Maybe to be able to bill? Total visit no more than 3 minutes.

Sigmoid colon spot on
I meant her once for a surgical consult. She knew my case, was a straight shooter and used robotic surgery.

So awful
My first visit her door was wide open so everyone could hear the reason for my visit and she was on the phone with her daughter. Second time a few years later for a hemmorhoid visit she asked me after dealing with it for months if I ever heard of a sitz bath. That was her only advice. Said banding and surgery would be painful. She was also dismissive last time I went in for a complex and embarrassing issue. She never cared to get the bottom of it. Ordered one test and said "it didn't show anything." Not like, your symptoms are concerning and not normal, here is the next test we could order. I am shocked by any positive review I see because I've seen her twice and both times she was absolutely dismissive and careless. Also, their policy is you can't switch doctors there... so I highly recommend you don't start out seeing her or you are screwed!

Terrible office policies
I had to cancel a colonoscopy and gave them 5 days notice and they told me they were billing me for $100! Now I won’t be rescheduling and will just cross my fingers I don’t have colon cancer or any other issues because they already took my money for doing absolutely nothing. That is ridiculous and really who wants to go to a physicians office where they don’t understand that life can be unpredictable sometimes! Total scam! It’s a shame too because I liked seeing Dr. Nathan but will not be going back.

Doctor That is Good Enough
She didn’t even got my name right. Though her recommended therapy was working but it was not enough to stop bleeding. It is unfortunate that I am now getting a second opinion

I saw her about five years ago for hemorrhoid problems... This doctor literally saved me from wearing pads and bleeding with the rubber band therapy... she is a miracle worker!

I chose Dr. Nathan as my physician since she did a fantastic job treating a relative with interstim technology. My procedure and issues were more routine yet she took the time to answer questions that I had, made useful recommendations, and put me at ease.

Dr. Nathan was recommended by 2 of my physician friends who work at Christiana. From the initial consult thru the surgery and follow up. Dr Nathan always took the time to answer all my concerns and questions. She was never dismissive or too rushed to listen and buoyed my confidence in a difficult time.
