Colonoscopy
I have this procedure done more frequently than most since I tend to grow polyps. I have never opted for any sedation from the time I started getting these over 17 years ago. So I have seen quite a few GI doctors in many states. But I can tell you that this one is by far, the best of any of them. I stay awake during this uncomfortable procedure so I know how painful it can be. I had little to no pain at all and I will go back as long as he has his practice. Incredibly skilled. Kind, patient, caring, and responsive.

Love Dr Atallah and Staff!
My visit was quick, painless, and provided with care. Dr. Atallah is the BEST - Everything from the initial consultation, scheduling, Colonoscopy prep to my procedures were all professional and provided with care. On the day of my procedures(endoscopy and colonoscopy) the check in was quick and easy.Next, I met Dan, my nurse and he calmed my nerves and explained the procedures. Nurses Lauren and Erin accompanied me to the procedure room and were just as wonderful. They explained everything and made sure that I was comfortable. The endoscopy and colonoscopy took no time to complete and Dr Atallah gave me immediate feedback with pictures and explained everything. I was in no pain afterwards and resumed my daily schedule. He will reach out to me regarding the biopsies in a week or so but everything went well. I cannot thank Dr Atallah and his staff enough for such a great experience. I highly recommend this great team to anyone looking for exceptional service.

NO FOLLOW UP & NO PRESCRIPTION GIVEN
My virtual appointment now feels very misleading as I was under the assumption that I would be having a colonoscopy with banding. As I gained more and more consciousness from the anesthesia, on my way home, I began to realize what happened, which was nothing. And then I recall as I was being discharged, not only was I being told I have a hemorrhoid but that no fissure was seen, but also wasn't being looked for was a whirlwind of confusion. For it to only be followed up with, "use hem cream, take a sitz bath...maybe I can get you a prescription...if the problem persists we can band the hemorrhoid". It was as if NO ONE heard or listened to anything I said. This has been a problem for over a year now and ALL of that was communicated. I also was given discharge paperwork with personal information and images of another random patient's colon and I don't know if that other patient had mine. I called last Tuesday, the following day of my procedure and sent a follow up email on Thursday.
