crap. pressured us to do
the procedure, outright lied about jaw bone density to scare us into rushed surgery. rough treatment, rude, suffered pain from poor fitting both upper & lower, as well as one post implat in upper was put in so out of Position that it partially tore the sinus membrane. he was disinterested during follow-up, terrible aftercare. would NEVER reccomend. we found out later that he used an unaccredited dentist to cobble together upper snap-in & lowers that were permenently implanted incorrectly. dr carl refused to acknowledge responsibility, and was extreme aggressively rude when we asked for help. once he gets his hands on your money, his interest in patient disappears totally. i am still suffering constant pain & inflamation from poorly done surgery. we are instigating lawsuit

right when you walk into the office, you feel comfortable. All the staff is very positive and up beat and I loved how they called the next day to check up and see how I was doing!
