Dr. Jordan was extremely professional. He answered all of my questions in great detail. His staff was wonderful too. I had moved away from Beaumont and suffered chronic sinus infections and returned to see him to help with the issue. He determined I needed the balloon sinuplasty procedure. I have not had a problem since! He is excellent and I would highly recommend!

I have suffered with sinusitis for years. Had I been a patient of Dr. Jordan's earlier, I could have been spared the chronic use of antibiotics and steroids. From the minute he walks in the room, you know he is going to provide professional, yet compassionate care. The balloon sinuplasty procedure went like clockwork, and he was very calming and reassuring. He has a staff that perfectly complements his work style and high ethical standards. I am grateful to my family doctor and my friends that suggested him.

Dr. Jordan was my Ear, Nose, and throat doctor 25 years ago, and I completely trust him with my little one now. Anytime we have had any issue he has worked us right in. Our baby’s eardrum had ruptured on our way back from San Antonio, I called, he got us in on our way home, and had us scheduled for tubes that week. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan!

Dr. Jordan has been taking care of me and my entire family for the past36 years. Earaches, tubes in the ears, tonsillectomies, allergies, sinus problems, strep throat ---you name it. Not only has he kept us all healthy but he literally saved my life 3 years ago. I had seen 3 other medical professionals for a "zing" sensation on my tongue and was told by all 3 that there was nothing there. He gave me a most thorough exam and found a spot on my tongue. He performed a biopsy and diagnosed me with tongue cancer. He then referred me to an ENT surgeon who specialized in this cancer. Only 50 % of people survive head/neck cancer and because of Dr. Jordans care and expertise, I am one of them. He continues to care for me, my kids and grandkids, parents, sisters, brother-in-laws and neices/nephews. He is so much more than just a physician--- We are blessed to have him in our lives and can't imagine going to anyone else for our ENT needs. Believe me when I say," You can always count on him.

I was able to get an appointment the same day. My wait time was about 15 minutes before they called me back to the room. Dr. Jordan was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He has very good bedside manner.

Dr. Jordan found that I had the possibility of throat cancer and sent me to the best doctor in Houston to help me. That was 5 years ago and I believe he helped save my life. I have very bad ear problems and he has helped me and if he thought someone else could help me more, he sent me there. I think he is the best!
